CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
To improve campaign performance, we executed two key adjustments:

Expanding Keyword Targeting → We added new keywords to the NB campaign to broaden reach and attract a larger pool of potential leads.
2
Implementing Negative Keywords → We identified and excluded irrelevant search terms by adding them as exact match negatives at the account level, preventing wasted spend and improving conversion rates.
